1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the United Cricket Lads (UCL) website, registering as a member, or participating in any UCL-related activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or participate in club activities.
2. Membership
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. All members must provide accurate information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. UCL reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violations of club policies or these terms. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, respect, and sportsmanship at all times. Any form of discrimination, harassment, abuse, or unsportsmanlike behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion from the club.
4. Participation and Liability
Participation in cricket matches, training sessions, and club events is voluntary and at your own risk. UCL, its officers, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during club activities. All participants are encouraged to have their own personal insurance coverage.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the UCL website, including logos, trademarks, text, images, and videos, is the property of United Cricket Lads unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
6. User-Generated Content
By submitting content such as comments, photos, or videos to UCL platforms, you grant UCL a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for club-related purposes. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
7. Limitation of Liability
UCL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, participation in club activities, or inability to access our website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
UCL reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services and membership privileges at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, club policies, or is harmful to other members, the club, or third parties.
9. Changes to Terms
UCL reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through our official communication channels. Continued participation in club activities after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
